This package contains information on Camp Davern’s Infectious Disease operational policies that include COVID-19. In this detailed document, you can learn how Davern is meeting the Provincial regulations, and what families will need to do to protect the camp community prior to sending their child. These guidelines have been created in cooperation with the Ontario Camping Association, the Lanark, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit and in accordance with Provincial Health regulations.
Please consider having your child fully immunized prior to arriving at camp.
Summer camp is an active place to be. Make sure to send your camper with outdoor active clothing. Anything that can’t get dirty, a family heirloom or is needed for an upcoming family wedding should probably be left behind. Remember, part of the point is that they come back a little dirty!
